Billy works personally with you and guides you through a three month exercise and nutrition behavior change program. Step-by-step, Billy will guide you through the obstacles and challenges that prevent many executives from experiencing the potent combination of personal health and professional excellence.

Notice there was no mention of treadmills, nothing about push-ups or miles per hour.
